Common questions
What does "3/142" mean?
You were the 3rd person to back them, out of 142 people backing them now. Earlier backers see more of the story.
Why can't I see someone's older posts?
On Tentive you see what someone posts from the day you back them. Their Showcase posts are always open to everyone.
My ten seats are full. What now?
Free a seat by unbacking someone. If you back them again later, you start from that new day and get a new backer number.
How do I report or block someone?
Open their profile or post, tap •••, then choose Report or Block. Blocking ends any backing between you, and they can't see your profile or back you. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do I stop someone from backing me?
Go to Me → Backing you and tap Remove next to their name, or block them.
I didn't get the verification email.
Check your spam folder, then tap Resend email on the verification screen. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with.
Delete your account
In the app: Me → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account → type DELETE → Delete my account.
Can't open the app? Email support@jointentive.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will delete your profile, posts, photos and backings.
