Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and [OPERATOR NAME] ("Tentive", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tentive, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Tentive

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live (or have a parent's permission). You can have one personal account. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. How Tentive works

• You can back up to ten people at a time (more if you have a subscription that offers it). Backing is free and does not need the other person's approval.
• When you back someone, you can see what they post from that moment on. Posts made before you backed them stay with earlier backers. If you stop backing and back again later, you start again from that new moment.
• Showcase posts are open to everyone.
• Backing is a way to follow someone's posts. It is not an investment, does not have a price, and gives you no ownership of or claim on any person or their content.

3. Your content

You own what you post. To run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and send your content to the people allowed to see it, and to make technical copies (for example, resized photos). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept briefly in backups or where we must keep them by law.

Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post other people's private information or photos without their permission.

4. Community Guidelines

Tentive is for real people sharing with the people who care about them. Do not post or do any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging others to target someone.
• Hate speech or attacks on people for who they are.
• Nudity, sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Violent or graphic content, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Spam, scams, or misleading links.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Selling, rating, or putting a price on people, or offering money or goods in exchange for backings.
• Anything illegal.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any post or person and block anyone from the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

5. Blocking and moderation

When you block someone, any backing between you ends, and they can't see your profile or back you. We may filter content automatically and may remove or hide content, or restrict accounts, to keep Tentive safe.

6. Subscriptions

Tentive is free. We may offer an optional subscription (for example, "Tentive Pro") with extra features such as more seats. Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. They renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store account settings. When a subscription ends, extra features stop; for example, seats above the free limit are paused until you subscribe again. Refunds are handled by Apple.

7. Possible future creator rewards

In the future, Tentive may choose to share part of its revenue with people who post on Tentive. Any such program would be optional, have its own terms and eligibility rules, and could change or end. Nothing in these Terms promises you any payment.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk.

9. Disclaimers

Tentive is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tentive will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is meaningful, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Tentive after that, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
